What better way to make a guest feel special than to assign them a personal concierge? The idea turns the phone into a personalized booking agent, account manager—essentially, a learning application designed to remove the stress of travel, and recommend the best of the best.

We lined up the exclusive network UrbanDaddy to provide guests direct access to the best sights, restaurants, nightlife, and only the best events.

This concept eventually led to a mobile agency of record appointment from Carlson (back in 2010).
