Showtime has announced that Dan Stevens will join season 2 as a series regular. Stevens, known for Zero Day and Downton Abbey, will play the role of Owen Stark, the Five Borough Killer, and the second main villain of the series. Owen Stark is a serial killer who replicates the Zodiac by taunting police with phone calls and threatening to murder innocent people.
