A new crossover event introduces three of the most powerful symbiotes in Marvel lore, including an ultra-fast, an ultra-strong, and an all-knowing symbiote. Although they're commonly associated with Spider-Man, symbiotes have a long history far away from the Friendly Neighborhood crime-fighter. They enhance their host's abilities and grant them endurance, strength, and a healing factor. Venom adopted his musclebound appearance due to Eddie Brock's bodybuilder physique, and Flash Thompson's gun proficiency reached a superhuman level as Agent Anti-Venom.
Likewise, Carnage developed his cruelty thanks to a drop of Cletus Kasady's blood, and comes from his obsession with the concept of a spiral of connected murders. Even without their hosts, symbiotes can be drastically different from each other as well. The Life Foundation symbiotes are different colors and have unique abilities from the start, from Scream's hair-like tendrils and Agony's acidic saliva. Meanwhile, Anti-Venom is immune to sonic and fire-based attacks, and it can neutralize most symbiotes' abilities and heal its hosts.
Considering their abilities, a global takeover can make Klyntar's symbiote population one of the most powerful alien races in the whole Marvel Universe, as they can weaponize every hero and villain's powers and weapons.
Knull's Symbiotes Just Infected The Watcher, Galactus, And The Silver Surfer
Godzilla: Infinity Roar #4; Written by Gerry Duggan; Art by Ramon Rosanas, Stefano Nesi, and Javier Garrón
Against all odds, the X-Men and the Fantastic Four manage to fend off a rampaging Godzilla in outer space., while Iceman slows him down by transforming into a giant. Whether the X-Men and the Fantastic Four could have stopped Godzilla for good will never be known, though, as Knull's symbiotes interrupt the battle when they come out of the heroes' mouths and put them in stasis. In a matter of minutes, characters as powerful as Uatu the Watcher, Galactus, and the Silver Surfer are neutralized by the symbiotes.
Knull commands all infected individuals on Earth and in space to sleep, including Godzilla. He also keeps some of Marvel's most powerul characters in his Garden of Crowns, including Odin, Storm, Black Bolt, and Namor. Since Doctor Doom manages to escape, Knull might need to awaken his infected victims, meaning that the symbiote Uatu, symbiote Galactus, and symbiote Silver Surfer could become the Knull's main soldiers soon.
There Are Very Few Powerful Marvel Characters Who Haven't Been Venomized
Knull's Symbiotes Expand Their Reach Across The Marvel Hierarchy
The symbiote plague has reached a point where finding a clean DNA strand in the Marvel multiverse feels increasingly challenging. Since the original Secret Wars, the Klyntar species has expanded its reach to a cosmic contagion and bonded with nearly . Events like Venomized and King in Black proved that no power level offers true immunity. The infection doesn't discriminate between heroes and villains, having claimed everyone from the street-level Daredevil to the god-like Sentry and the Hulk. Even the X-Men's strongest, including Wolverine and Storm, have succumbed to the hive mind.

Uatu the Watcher, Galactus, the Silver Surfer, and Godzilla's symbiote infection in Godzilla: Infinity Roar leaves a vanishingly small list of characters who remain untouched by the black-and-white aliens. At the very summit of existence, abstract entities like the One Above All, Eternity, and Infinity lack the physical vulnerabilities that a symbiote requires to take root. However, considering that the Infernal Hulk recently managed to destroy the One Above All's avatar, armor, and spear, it seems increasingly feasible for Knull to infect Marvel's higher beings.
Things could get even more dire if Knull's symbiote soldiers could infect dark entities like the One Below All, Eldest, and the Mother of Monsters, all of whom are already powerful enough to submerge the world into total darkness. . Adding symbiote into the mix could result in one of the most destructive apocalyptic events in Marvel history. Fortunately, The Infernal Hulk and Godzilla: Infinity Roar take place in different universes.
