We had it all set and the shock waves permeate throughout the entire new season. It’s been difficult. You worded it better than we could — she was the anchor and now the anchor is gone.

If anything, we’re acknowledging the idea that we are a little anchorless. But, honestly, that is a part of life and what we all experience. And so while we try to not dwell too much on heavy themes in this show, they will be there in this second season. We are not ignoring it.

In its own way, will depict the realities of life, both the good and the bad, by tackling themes such as loss. Although not much is known about the upcoming installment, it's clear that O’Hara’s influence will continue to live on throughout the series. While the absence of such a central figure will undeniably break the hearts of fans, the team’s commitment to honoring her work ensures that her spirit remains a part of the show.
